RENTA INCLUYE:

- A furnished room for 1 or 2 people; beds are provided with bed linen and pillow
- All rooms include a small refrigerator and a microwave
- Water and Electricity (if you want air conditioning, extra)
- Hot water in the shower
- Water tank
- Electrical plant
- a parking space, subject to availability
- 24 hour security and camera systems
– use of the exclusive pool for tenants
– use of communal laundry (self-service)
- Cable TV
- Internet 10Mbps (3 devices)
- 7am to 4pm reception service Monday to Friday
- Maintenance service from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
- parking subject to availability. Limit one per room.

You can bring your fans, no additional cost.


NO MASCOTAS or children under 5 years of age - WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS

The bed is given with a set of bed linen and pillows.
No towels or toilet paper or toiletries are provided


Deposit of US$100 is required in EFFECTIVE; it will be returned at the end of the contract
Monthlyity can be paid by credit card

Minimo contract: THREE (3) months. No return for shorter stays.
If you retire before 3 months, you lose the deposit.

Quiet and safe environment.
You must respect the rest of others: The hours of silence are 10pm to 7am (do not put loud music or make noises).
Tenants can only receive up to two visits at a time.

It requires climbing/sweeting.

To hire is required the deposit, a month of income and identity card.


OPERATIVE SERVICES WITH EXTRA CHARGE:
- Air conditioning $125/month
- Single room and bathroom cleaning (available 2 times per week; $5 per day)
- Cleaning with change of savannah $15 per day


Optional income and services already include taxes. We issue invoice, we are subject to I.R. retention.
